Title First and Second order Cybernetics

In January we start our Cybernetics theme on Wednesday 7 January with a presentation by Prof Stuart Umpleby on first and second order cybernetics. After viewing an edited version of a presentation he delivered previously, he will take part in our discussion, answering questions and providing more insights.
